Booked in a private gender scan as they have advertised they can see the gender from 14 weeks. Reception called me to reschedule to when I was 15 weeks so they can get a more accurate result. I rebooked as recommended and gender was still wrong. Found out at my Morphology scan weeks later. Sonographer was blunt, barely cracked a smile and had me there for almost 3 hours while trying to get results that ended up being wrong anyways. I have had couple of scans with the Broadmeadows team, Fariha, Sarina, Jessica and Mat were very professional, kind, efficient, and they do have the duty of care. definitely recommend them thank you for a job well done
All the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making the experience smooth and stress free. Fariha the sonographer is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and her kind, caring manner really puts you at ease. I always feel well looked after and reassured. Highly recommend!
