I visited this place yesterday!!!! Had great experience there receptionist is great, sonographer was great too. Ladies were so friendly and smiles!!! Such an amazing experience. Keep up the great work.
Incompetent staff. Made two appointments for US and on both occasions they called to reschedule, siting, the technician called sick. Ended up wasting two working days. They need to be taught that this is not a third world country to provide such delabolical service.
Very disappointing experience. My X-ray appointment was scheduled for 1:40 pm, but I wasn’t seen until 2:55 pm with no proper explanation or update during the long wait. Over an hour late is not acceptable, especially when patients plan their day around appointments. I hope the clinic improves its time management and communication with patients.
Broadmeadows Imaging staff should be fired. My daughter went in for a breast ultrasound and was told a lump was fatty tissue . Now 3 months later she has breast cancer. I also went in for a Doppler and she examined me for 2 mins , told it was all good and she sent me out. I’m taking this matter a lot higher. The staff don’t care about any patients. They should be shut down.
Booked for an ultrasound first for 1pm then got a text that it was moved to 1:20 pm. Arrived at 1pm thinking there was an error, the Broadmeadows New Imaging clinic. Gave in my the paperwork and asked to wait. 30 mins passed approach the reception just to be told that my appointment has been moved to 2pm. No apology no explanation waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for nothing. Thank you for your long service.
