Going in last Sept. I had high hopes of some sort of relief of my neuropathy. Went through the initial meeting to set up and pay in advance. Trusted them I was going to get full care. About my fifth treatment found out by asking if the unit next to me was also used for neuropathy treatment. Was told yes. Why am I not getting that treatment? Because you have a difibulater they said. I was never told that before I started, but I still had to pay the full price. Thousands of dollars out of pocket, no guarantees, they applied their version of PRP to my troubled lower spine & right hip without doing a full panel work-up on a blood test. Found out later through professional help my Testosterone level was 100 points below acceptable. TRT implants now have me on the mend.
