Staff did not help me down after the MRI nor care that I was crying due to the pain of holding in an uncomfortable position. Had asked me the same question over after reading it out load and already asking the same thing. The actual images were unreadable by my doctor. They were too blurry to read. I held still during the process so it wasn’t due to that. Rude!

I didn’t have a problem with the way the MRI was done but my neurologist said it was the worst films and he wasn’t able to make use of the pictures except one. I paid 600 dollars of my own money now I need another MRI done. This is unacceptable. Cheaper is definitely not better.
I needed to get an MRI. NEW MD was great to make the appointment and the staff did a great job explaining what the process of having the MRI. The had the results out the same day.
