This vet makes clients wait outside in their vehicles and communicates through the staff. You will never see or speak with the vet. My mom went here, and her dog was set up for a surgical procedure. On the day of the procedure, the dog was taken in and anesthetized. Then, THEN, the vet saw that she wasn't able to do the type of procedure, and the dog, still under the effects of anesthesia, was brought out and given to my mom. LIKE, DID THE VET EVEN SEE OR EXAMINE THIS DOG??? My guess is NO if she couldn't even do the procedu... read more
