Worked with Simone on a closing. Simone is super responsive and friendly. Best of both worlds. Not all title companies are like this so its refreshing when you do. Hope they flourish and rub off on those other companies or take them over! hah

New Market did an exceptional job on my latest transaction. There were many hurdles that would have normally delayed the closing. Michele went above and beyond what a title company would normally do to make sure that the transaction closed efficiently and on time, including texting and following up with me when she was on a flight heading out of town! Kudos to Michele and her staff on a job well done! Can't wait till we can close another transaction together!
