I hired new market grounds and Jamie Carnley for a concrete pad installation. Once they received their 30% down payment, the work was supposed to start on nov. 13. They never showed up for work for weeks, and any time they did, little or no progress was made. This pushed back my building installation and left equipment in the rain as he missed multiple deadlines over and over again. He has since stopped responding, and has not refunded any of my deposit.
