We designed and built a home from start to finish with New Mark Homes. They are a wonderful builder to work with. Their team (Craig, Brian, Whitney, Mike R, and more) have all been extremely professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the entire build process. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The design team NMH has is also great. They break it down into separate meetings with specific selections to reduce decision fatigue. I cannot say enough about the quality, workmanship and support by everyone at Newmark Homes. My wife and I have built four homes in the KC area and this experience was by far the best. We are two years out for purchasing a spec home from Craig Archer, President at Newmark and a minor issue was recently discovered. Craig did not bat an eye and immediately corrected this issue. (BTW, he alyays answers his ohone!). If you want a quality home at a fair price, call Newmark!!!
We bought our home built by New Mark Homes just under a year ago. The home was 95% complete when we chose it and at the time, it appeared to be better quality than many others we were looking at. At the time of purchase, our Realtor, Mark Fraser, who was once a home inspector, was very detailed with us in every home we looked at.
