I cannot say enough about the quality, workmanship and support by everyone at Newmark Homes. My wife and I have built four homes in the KC area and this experience was by far the best. We are two years out for purchasing a spec home from Craig Archer, President at Newmark and a minor issue was recently discovered. Craig did not bat an eye and immediately corrected this issue. (BTW, he alyays answers his ohone!). If you want a quality home at a fair price, call Newmark!!!
We bought our home built by New Mark Homes just under a year ago. The home was 95% complete when we chose it and at the time, it appeared to be better quality than many others we were looking at. At the time of purchase, our Realtor, Mark Fraser, who was once a home inspector, was very detailed with us in every home we looked at. Very underwhelmed and dissatisfied with NewMark homes. We have had nothing but issues the lawn, landscaping, and irrigation. We have raised these concerns with Craig and Mike and they don’t care and refuse to do anything about it. We had to have a respected third party lawn and landscaping company come and look at the lawn because NewMark and Meyer sod farms will not do anything about the terrible sod job.
