I've been here for about a week the therapists are with one exception very good. The glaring problem is cold or inaccurate meals sometimes ineatable with no recourse
I should have done this long ago. New Mark gets all 5.
This place is awful, do not work here. The facilities own staff is no help to the agency staff that come in. The agency staff are busting their butts while the normal workers are no where to be found. It’s a shame when a good worker comes in and wants to give the care that these residents deserve, but how cruel the staff is runs them off. The residents deserve a lot better as well. This care center is the worst place do not send any of your loved ones to this home my mother was completely neglected. She had to be taken by ambulance to North Kansas City Hospital. She is now currently in intensive care has an infection a UTI and renal failure due to the neglect of the doctors and staff at Newmark care center this place has new ownership. they are understaffed. They also gave my mom two baths within three weeks. State law says it needs to be two baths per week and the new management Has their food deliver... read more
