I've been here for about a week the therapists are with one exception very good. The glaring problem is cold or inaccurate meals sometimes ineatable with no recourse
I should have done this long ago. New Mark gets all 5.
This place is awful, do not work here. The facilities own staff is no help to the agency staff that come in. The agency staff are busting their butts while the normal workers are no where to be found. It’s a shame when a good worker comes in and wants to give the care that these residents deserve, but how cruel the staff is runs them off. The residents deserve a lot better as well.
