Very concerning place to have your loved one. Care is very low quality and it's shameful how they treat human beings. I would not put your loved one here. Patients and loved ones are left in their own soilage, not staffed appropriately. Management doesn't care until comes to the bottom dollar. The state department needs to follow up and rehome their residents. Money isn't going to care but to repaint walls.
Not a good place though they look like they’re redoing things I believe bc of state inspection they had too . Nursing staff we dealt with needs revised I could say a lot but 2 out of 5 was definitely better caretakers . I feel they should treat ppl more respectful as they chose their career vs a job one greater than the other. this type of field is very hard on a human and yes, they should be paid more, but that wasn’t the problem. So far so good. I'm impressed!
One of my favorite parts of new mark is the courtyard. One of the sweetest sights is the baby turtle with its mother swimming in the water. James is therapy always says hi when he passes by, I love him. Emily in laundry is a peach Emery is dietary never has a bad day and she has the kindest soul.
I have lived here for a while. The food is good. I have lots of friends here. I get to go on walks in the courtyard with the turtles. I like the activities, I enjoy Ramona the singer, and the car show. All the staff are very nice to me.
