A week before the 4th of July weekend my water pump went on my Merc. engine. My neighbor at Door Detail said to call NEW Marine since that is who he and his son inlaw use for their boats and said I would be more than happy with them. I called on Thursday, they ordered the parts, installed them on Tuesday and was on the water on Wednesday. Fast turn around, fair and reasonable price and having a veteran do the the work was another plus. I could not be happier with the whole process. Thank you NEW Marine.
Blew a hub when we got in to town and the bearing race was seized to the axle. we called these guys told them the story and he could of literally named his price cause we were in trouble 9 hours away from home. Not only did he have us back on the road later that day for an extremely fair price for incredible work. customer service and communication was 10/10
We had a serious situation with a cracked block and they were great about getting a new motor installed at a very reasonable price, walked me through everything, recrated the old motor to part out and provided some hand holding on the best way to move those parts as I am not a motor guy. Highly recommend, great people and great service!
