Nova has been my massage therapist for over 2 years now and I have truly never received more knowledgable and comprehensive care. She has continued to transform my posture, which has alleviated chronic neck and shoulder pain I have always mistaken as normal. Nova was irreplaceable during my last pregnancy and postnatal recovery. She provides effective, professional service, and does so with kindness every time.
I hate to tell everyone about Nova because she is absolutely the best, healing massage you’ll ever have and I don’t want to have to fight for a spot in her schedule! But she deserves to have public praise! She is incredibly knowledgeable, strong, skilled and a real delight as a human.
