I had such a wonderful experience at Luxe Lash Haven with Heavenly! She gave me a relaxing facial that left my skin glowing, and my full lash set looks absolutely beautiful. Heavenly is gentle, professional, and really pays attention to detail. I felt so comfortable the entire time, and I walked out feeling pampered and confident. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing lashes and great skin care!
I visited this place over a month or so ago and had a crochet appointment with “Joy” from Groupon. 1st red flag was when I called and booked the “appointment”. She didn’t ask for a name or such so I guess she didn’t write the information for our meeting down and ended up mixing up the days for our appointment. 2nd red flag was when she showed up late on the day of the appointment saying that since she thought the meet up was for the other day, it messed her whole day up with times.
