Went into this store today. Yet another experience where we walked around and ultimately left because the sales associate did not acknowledge us in any way. No eye contact, no “just a minute”, no “thanks for coming in, I will be right with you”. We were wanting to purchase a faucet set from Newport Brass. I guess we will look on line. We were reticent to stop by because we had a similar experience here in a past visit, but know they have an extensive inventory of higher end bathroom fixtures.
It’s a shame you can’t give ZERO stars otherwise I would have selected that option! Avoid this place like the plague!!! Bought a $729 toilet here, couldn’t get it to fit in place and they wouldn’t take it back!! When I went to return it they asked me if I placed it on the wax ring and I said “yes” because I had a helper and thought he’d already placed it, but that wasn’t the case. Dave from new luxury bath is an amazing person to work with and plan your bathroom. Initially we were lost on how to plan our bath vanities, lighting, tubs, fixtures. He gave fantastic suggestions of top notch products considering functionality in mind. Dave is genuinely a great person. He waited beyond closing hours to actually show us various products and even found pictures of installations of vanities we were looking for. He truly went above and beyond. An impressive showroom displays fantastic products. The finest I've found. Be very diligent with your order communication. When I returned to exchange and incorrect piece I was met with snarky resentment.
