Great Store! I have to agree with aaagrotreee, New Lumber and Hardware is a great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and more than willing to help. My dad and I shop here, and now my son is starting to shop here. I hope this small town store continues to thrive in the big city.
A great, non-stressful place to shop My husband and I have been shopping at New Lumber since we bought a house in FW nearly 7 years ago. We probably shop here at least twice a month.The big box stores claim that they have people to help you, but that just hasn't been our experience. A true neighoborhood hardware store New Lumber and Hardware is truly a neighborhood hardware store -- when the big box stores don't have it, they do, and they have the people to help! If you need an unusual item or piece of wood cut, they have enough employees to help you find what you need.
New Lumber & Hardware Co.... Rude, non-helpful, condescending Disrespectful. Rude. Condescending. Non-smiling. Not helpful. Ignorant. Grouchy old men. . Will never go again. Bought some things, then took all of them back the next day for refund....just because they were rude and awful! ....Then....Rude again!! . Implore YOU not to patronize this business.. . Will tell everyone I know these people are R U D E.
