Customer service was cool but today I had a delivery and my sofas didn’t fit I said ok let me get something smaller instead he said there a 25% restock fee which to me is crazy because I never touched the furniture so why would it need to be inspected now I have to pay come Friday $150 each piece of furniture that do not fit through my door…. HONESTLY SAVE YALL SELF THE HEADACHE AND JUST GO TO BOBS OR raymour flanigan It’s always something with these side stores…
New lots furniture is way too expensive and they are very rude with nasty attitudes, I spent 2 months fighting to get $300 back that they old me, I’ll never step foot in another Newlots store ever, they traumatized me for life
