Fantastic company, fantastic to deal with. Everyone was pleasant from the initial purchase through to installation. Pricing was very competitive. The work was completed ahead of schedule, the installation and quality was outstanding. I would definitely recommend New Look and would use them again for future windows or door needs.

We recently used New Look for a new front door installation, Eddy was helpful in picking through the various options as it can be overwhelming and negotiated a fair price. Installation followed smoothly for the most part, but we did start experiencing an issue with one of our light switches, directly next to the door frame. This was working fine prior to the door install. Eddy worked with me and my electrician into analyzing the issue the very next day.
