We had several prior bids and we were very stressed . Ron was referred by a friend. When he came out he put my husband and I totally at ease. Explained everything in full detail, nothing came as a surprise . When they replaced our patio doors and screens. Ron and his partner in crime were so quiet and efficient. Cannot say enough about my experience with Ron & Christian! From start to finish I was beyond impressed. Due to the condition of the original window Ron offered his services in a severe wind storm should something happen. Talk about above and beyond! Extremely efficient from when we first discussed to completed project. High attention to detail. Complete with humoring me in my celebration after by joining in on the fun.
Ron and Christian completed work for us on two occasions. It was easy to communicate with them. They were very professional and thorough in their work. They kept the work area clean and made sure we were pleased with the work as it was completed. They care about the quality of their work and are very timely. They came when they said they were going to and completed the jobs in the timeframes they quoted. We would recommend them, and would hire them again for future projects.
