Disappointing, sloppy, and mediocre. This was my 2nd and last visit. I recently went in for a gel pedicure. A woman with a rainbow flower headband took care of me. “Seems pleasant enough,” I told myself. It wasn’t. She was rough and insisted that I was sensitive. She used goopy ancient gel polish and applied it so sloppily that I had to call it out before it fully cured to save us time, but she insisted that she would “fix it later.” She was not successful. I luv this salon. Its clean & my mani/pedi are always great! The price is reasonable too!
Jenny was very attentive and took the time to go above and beyond the normal inclusive process of a pedicure. In so doing, she made my visit to New Look nails a truly pleasant one and prompted me to to tell 3 of my friends about this salon due to the extra little added amenities and pleasantries.
