We engaged Gary Goodwin (New Look Inspections) for a building inspection report. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. Avoid! Unprofessional & misleading conduct, took payment but failed to deliver services! We engaged Gary at New Look Inspections for an expert witness report on our part renovation. After quoting and agreeing to a fee of $1,100 to complete the inspection and defects report, he later claimed that due to the severity and volume of the issues identified the fee would not include the written report. Gary project managed major renovation and remedial works on our investment property on the central coast. He was incredibly expert, professional and thorough. He's communication and updates are excellent. Plus, he's a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Gary our Inspector was extremely great to deal with. His care of duty, attention to detail and personality is remarkable. He did a thorough investigation and left us feeling confident to purchase our first home. Cannot recommend him enough.
