We engaged Gary Goodwin (New Look Inspections) for a building inspection report. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. Avoid! Unprofessional & misleading conduct, took payment but failed to deliver services! We engaged Gary at New Look Inspections for an expert witness report on our part renovation. After quoting and agreeing to a fee of $1,100 to complete the inspection and defects report, he later claimed that due to the severity and volume of the issues identified the fee would not include the written report.
