Marlene is one of my favorite people I have met in a long time. This woman spends her undivided attention to me, and the detail she puts into my hair. Marlene, is such a sweet human being. I love her willingness to give you an appointment within your schedule. I love supporting her business because she has great bargains for clothes, shoes, purses and hair extensions. The outfit I have on in these pictures were bought at Nulook and the hair for my braids was also bought at Nulook. The picture in the glasses is after she blow dried and flat ironed my natural hair. If I could give zero stars I would. Wasted my time going for a consultation. The owner told me to text her a few options for extension I liked. She chose one type and told me to purchase them and let her know when they arrived so we could set up an appointment. I purchased & received the extensions and have been contacting her via text & phone (straight to voicemail) for over a week with ZERO response from her. Imagine telling someone to spend a lot of money on extensions then after the hair arrives she blows you off. I’ve d... read more
