I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. Before going, I called the store to book an appointment, and the lady on the phone told me to come in after 20 minutes. I drove all the way there and arrived exactly at the agreed time. When I entered, the main barber asked if I had an appointment. I confirmed that I did, and he checked with the lady I spoke to.
