We can’t thank James enough! We sent through a quote request, and just a few hours later, our window was fixed. Such a quick and amazing service — highly recommend!

Answered friendly and promptly by James and made an appointment. He didn't show and didn't even call say he wasn't coming. Tried again 2 times same thing again and again. No show and no call or message to say he wasn't coming.
Highly recommend New Look Glass. Came out for an emergency at night, quick and efficient. Very very happy 😃
James was absolutely fantastic! He came out onLabour Day, which was already impressive, but the service itself was even better. He gave me a clear and fair quote over the phone, showed up promptly, and had the glass replaced within 2 hours. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend James for anyone needing a quick and trustworthy glazier!
