Answered friendly and promptly by James and made an appointment. He didn't show and didn't even call say he wasn't coming. Tried again 2 times same thing again and again. No show and no call or message to say he wasn't coming.

James was absolutely fantastic! He came out onLabour Day, which was already impressive, but the service itself was even better. He gave me a clear and fair quote over the phone, showed up promptly, and had the glass replaced within 2 hours. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend James for anyone needing a quick and trustworthy glazier!

Taken my Clients money and hasn’t done the job. Invoice paid 6th Feb and it’s now 17th March and still awaiting glass replacement. Phoned, texted and emailed to no reply. Only time he answers is if my number is on private.
