I went in to the shop with broken sunglasses and came out with fixed ones in minutes! Kelsey helped me out but all the ladies were so kind and accommodating! Super nice helpful crew in there, thanks ladies! Cate (and Rosy 🐾)

I had such a great experience with Nicole and Kelsey at New Look in Courtenay! They helped me pick out new prescription sunglasses and were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They took the time to properly measure everything — including my pupillary distance — to make sure my lenses would be perfectly aligned. I went for an eye exam and prescription and bought glasses. I was very disappointed to find that they used my email address for promotions and spam. There appears to be a real disconnect between the way they present themselves as medical professionals and then use your personal information for advertising. The glasses were fine but I expect more from my health care practitioners.
Wonderful, friendly, efficient service when I walked in today with no appointment. They quickly fixed the nose bridge on my glasses, and we had a nice chat afterwards.
