I cannot rave more about this location! I walked in already knowing I was going to have difficulty finding frames that I liked, but Kelsey swooped in and saved the day. I have a very hard to fit face but they took a lot of time to find the perfect glasses. I’ve had a lot of different glasses, changing them every 2 years. New look is the first place where I haven’t had to go back for multiple adjustments, they fit perfectly the first time.
