Fantastic service and selection. I would recommend “new look” to anyone. I was welcomed with kindness and very helpful service. I had been spending a great deal of time on my days off looking for new sunglasses and glasses and I had such incredible service here. No upselling and just sincerely wanted me to love my purchase! I cannot rave more about this location! I walked in already knowing I was going to have difficulty finding frames that I liked, but Kelsey swooped in and saved the day. I was open and honest that I’ve had issues in the past finding frames I liked and like magic she helped me narrow in on two great frames that I’m excited to wear, something I never thought I’d say haha. I have a very hard to fit face but they took a lot of time to find the perfect glasses. I’ve had a lot of different glasses, changing them every 2 years. New look is the first place where I haven’t had to go back for multiple adjustments, they fit perfectly the first time.

Whole staff in a strange mood. Seemed bitter about being told that I never noticed the place before. Complained that is what many people say. Dr. Paradis aloof and condescending. Pretty typical professional office in the Comox Valley really. Go anywhere else.
