Not helpful, disregarded us and when we asked for a quote the young women couldn’t figure it out and then told us it would be $600 something dollars , we said that is with 1 free frame and 25% off, she just looked at us , then walked away and went and helped someone else! Terrible service , will not be purchasing any glasses from this place ever

normally my wife and i go here to get our glasses because the people are often nice and the deals are great. for some reason, brenda decided to sour my experience today by charging me for a warranty that i was not asked about, did not consent to, and did not know about until i got in my car and looked at my receipt. it’s rather unbelievable because i thought the conversation was jovial, but this slimy tactic of adding on a warranty without presenting it to me at all, has turned me off of this business completely. if you go t... read more
