Searched for glasses for months, decided to go into New Look Eyewear in Woodgrove Mall Nanaimo and couldn't I be happier. The associate that helped me was fantastic (Megan Spicer). She was extremely professional, very well informed, and patient. Walked out after purchasing two pairs of glasses and returned two weeks later to pick them up. Each time I’ve come into new look the staff have been very helpful, respectful, and courteous. Brenda was very helpful and was able to guide me in the right direction as to my eyeglasses needs.
I’ve been in this store a couple of times now, each time I found all of the staff to be polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Going above and beyond to find the right pair of glasses within my budget. One of my personal favorite staff members would be Brenda… she’s kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the glasses, cases and cleaners in this store. Had a very stressful time trying to find a new pair of glasses a few weeks ago thanks to some woman named brenda Never have I ever had such a rude customer experience, maybe it was her just having a bad day but come on now Brenda, it's called customer service for a reason. The rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite though. I hope Brenda feels high and mighty making customers like me feel stupid. But I do love my new Gucci frames thanks to another lovely employee who saw I was basically borderline being harassed... read more
