normally my wife and i go here to get our glasses because the people are often nice and the deals are great. for some reason, brenda decided to sour my experience today by charging me for a warranty that i was not asked about, did not consent to, and did not know about until i got in my car and looked at my receipt. it’s rather unbelievable because i thought the conversation was jovial, but this slimy tactic of adding on a warranty without presenting it to me at all, has turned me off of this business completely. if you go t... read more
Searched for glasses for months, decided to go into New Look Eyewear in Woodgrove Mall Nanaimo and couldn't I be happier. The associate that helped me was fantastic (Megan Spicer). She was extremely professional, very well informed, and patient. Walked out after purchasing two pairs of glasses and returned two weeks later to pick them up. Each time I’ve come into new look the staff have been very helpful, respectful, and courteous. Brenda was very helpful and was able to guide me in the right direction as to my eyeglasses needs.
I’ve been in this store a couple of times now, each time I found all of the staff to be polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Going above and beyond to find the right pair of glasses within my budget. One of my personal favorite staff members would be Brenda… she’s kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the glasses, cases and cleaners in this store. Had a very stressful time trying to find a new pair of glasses a few weeks ago thanks to some woman named brenda Never have I ever had such a rude customer experience, maybe it was her just having a bad day but come on now Brenda, it's called customer service for a reason. The rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite though. I hope Brenda feels high and mighty making customers like me feel stupid.
