After a first good experience at Newlook Merivale back in 2021, I decided to buy my pair of glasses from them this year. However, when I went for pickup, I was surprised that I was sold a scratched display frame. I requested a new frame. And after two weeks, to my surprise the supposedly new replacement is another display (scratched and part of the reference is erased). Very disappointing!
Farid is the best a when it comes to adjusting and fixing putting together eye wear glasses. He saved my glasses plenty. Also he gives really good advice and recommendations. I highly recommend NewLook Merivale
Really thankful for Farid the optician, friendly, patient, skilled in adjusting glasses. He even fixed up what the trainyard location messed up. Now my nose pieces are centered and even, they don’t slide down no more. Thank you again! Highly recommend this location.
Very good eye doctor and staff are very professional and wonderful help with choosing your eye glasses would highly recommend this place for eye glass and after care adjustments of eyeglasses .
