The optometrist writing was awful. Neither I nor my eye glass doctor could make out the lettering. When I asked for them to re-print the numbers they simply wrote over the original in darker pen!!! Still could not make out, very disappointing.
A lot of fun checking out a few pairs. I had my heart set on some aviators and picked a couple others to try on. The clerk was fantastic helping me figure out all the options I needed and we built a set together that would look cool and help me see during the day and night. I have to wait another couple days to pick up but so far so good. Really comfortable place to get a set of specks.
The prescription is incorrect, they wasted my $600 Nikon glasses lenses with using their prescription which is totally wrong for my vision
Enza has provided me with above code customer service, she helped me flawlessly to find my new eyeglasses, with each step she was patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with, we had a lot of laughs, I will always go see Enza from now on, client for life!
