We have been coming to this optical store for many years. The staff member who handles eye exam appointments has always been professional, and the optometrists we previously saw were excellent. However, during our last two visits, we were assisted by a female staff member of African descent, and unfortunately, both experiences felt quite unprofessional. Great service - highly recommend!
I had the best experience at New Look Merivale. I purchased a set of prescription glasses on their 2 for 1 promotion back in early May 2026. I was looking for a pop of colour and Carrie assisted me in selecting my frames. I choose to go with red and tortoise shell for the sunglasses and a lovely purple for my everyday glasses. A few weeks later they were ready to pick up however, after returning home I realized that although the purple was pretty it was too soft. I do not recommend this at all—my experience with Dr. D. Song was terrible. During the eye exam, she got upset and wasn’t patient at all. She didn’t explain anything. I regret it so much that I’m going to have the exam done somewhere else. Choose someone else for your appointment. However, the staff was Good
