Stopped in today to have a pair of nose pads on my glasses replaced after sustaining some damage. The help and repair i received was excellent and the associate was wonderful! Exactly why I continue to purchase my glasses from this location. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service - purchased a pair of glasses which I was not completely satisfied with. I live a considerable distance from Ottawa and could not return to the store within the 30 days of purchase for the restyle eligibility. The store manager, Tammy, went above and beyond to support and work with me, while consistently putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of service delivery.
