Took my 7 and 4 year old for their first eye exam at newlook. It was at the end of a long day and my kids were nervous and tired. Emma, who conducted the initial portion of the exam has the patience of a saint. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to the kids in a way they understood. She was engaging and let the kids be kids and peaked their interest with showing them the scans she was taking. I can't say enough positive things about our interactions with Emma and the eye doctor that we saw.
Excellent service provided by Kaylee the optician. She was very efficient and her expertise & professionalism was top notch. Highly recommended.
After a bad experience elsewhere coming here was a breath of fresh air! Every single person was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could :)
The folks at New Look are extremely knowledgeable in eyewear and very helpful. Kaylee in particular. They were also extremely flexible in timing of pick-ups and final payments which was helpful for insurance purposes.
