The folks at New Look are extremely knowledgeable in eyewear and very helpful. Kaylee in particular. They were also extremely flexible in timing of pick-ups and final payments which was helpful for insurance purposes.
Dropped in today to get help with a torn rubber nosepiece on a pair of prescription glasses, bought over a year ago. Had an AMAZING experience. Within seconds of walking in, was given a sincere and enthusiastic greeting from Tammy. Even though she was helping other customers, she had no difficulty taking two seconds to acknowledge me. My husband and I have been coming here for several years now to purchase our glasses. Tammy and Kaylee are beyond amazing - absolutely love dealing with these two gems. They are always so patient, friendly and super knowledgeable. Decision fatigue is a real thing when it comes to glasses, and these ladies make the process so much more enjoyable. Just ordered my latest set of glasses last weekend and again, we were thrilled both Tammy and Kaylee were there to help. Won't shop anywhere else!
