Couldn't have had better service! staff was attentive and very friendly, found two frames that I love and they had a deal for buy one get one. Would definitely recommend this location.

Exceptional customer service - purchased a pair of glasses which I was not completely satisfied with. I live a considerable distance from Ottawa and could not return to the store within the 30 days of purchase for the restyle eligibility. The store manager, Tammy, went above and beyond to support and work with me, while consistently putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of service delivery. Very happy with the customer service - great job New Look Kanata!
Had a very bad experience at this clinic and they have made a decision that has a very poor impact on my husbands health care. I don’t recommend anyone going there. If the OWNER wants to get ahold of me to discuss I would be more than happy to hear from you.
I have an unusual sized and shaped head. While they did have many options for me, I did have choices and got frames I love very quickly. Excellent experienced service and help. Fast competent service. My third set of glasses here, they keep impressing me to come back.
