Overall great experience. I would recommend to friends and family. Had to get a front bumper repaired for my 2023 Toyota Camry. I was provided 2 estimates: one price for replacing the bumper and another price for repairing it. I asked how long the repair would take and it was accurate. This is the second time that I've used Gerber and they are excellent! I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs and everyone was friendly and helpful. The process was efficient and easy. They definitely took some of the sting out of having ones car repaired after an accident. My 88yo Mom has used their services as well and had a great experience as well. Gerber will always be my first choice!
