Brought my mom from out of town, my usual spot was already closed for the day. Lady told her she was too old for threading!!! Seems like she didn't want to work today avoid all mall threading in CT

I love coming to New Look Brows! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. They always take their time—whether it’s threading or waxing—and make sure I’m completely happy before I leave. You can tell they really care about what they do. I always feel more beautiful when I walk out of there! Definitely my go-to spot. 💖

I had such a great experience! Despite being short-staffed, the owner herself came from quite far just to take care of my appointment. She was incredibly polite and provided amazing service. The rates were also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future visits!

visited this salon with my sister, and we had a wonderful experience! My sister tried multiple services including therapy and waxing, while I got my eyebrows done, and we were both so impressed. The staff, who are Indian, were incredibly kind, skilled, and made us feel welcome throughout.
