Truly cannot recommend them enough. I needed a last minute health certificate for a PCS to Japan the day before and without being a patient they were able to get us in and issue all of my dogs paperwork for an insanely affordable price. Dr. McCoy and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
HORRIBLE front desk. Called multiple days in a row with no answer only to be told not to leave a message. Can only schedule appointments 1 day per month and they were booked within 20 minutes. The office’s response to not answering their phone was for me to take time off of work and drive in to schedule an appointment….I thought that’s what phones were for. Comical.
Prices are good but they never have any available appointments.
The way they schedule appointments is absolutely absurd. Waiting over a month before you can call to schedule an appointment for a month out seems very silly. Made my dog cry 3 times in the same arm to draw blood. Why they would try 3x same arm is concerning, back end no issues first try. Front desk is extremely kind and responsive, doctors OK.
I truly wish I could give a higher rating, but this place really gave a horrible impression. Our appointment was at 1:40pm. We arrived on time, even a few minutes earlier. The receptionist, Michelle, told us to sit down and that we would be helped quickly. 30 minutes later we were finally called back.
