This company dropped me after they paid for the work to be done. NLC claims that the work was never done. Lousy way to treat people.
If you want headaches, get a policy with these idiots. I should have looked beforehand - they have a bunch of lawsuits because they always deny claims with loopholes. Avoid them at all costs.
After my property was damaged in a fire, it took months to receive a response and a year later I believe that I am a victim of fraud. Basically I purchased fire insurance and was then told I wasn't covered.
