I found Chris through a friend's referral, and I'm so glad I had him for my first home buying experience. I was working with another lender previously and was unhappy about how complicated things were. From the get-go Chris was super transparent about everything: costs and the process, and he provided a customized Google Sheet of all the cost breakdowns that I used heavily. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we were very glad that we got connected with Chris! He made the mortgage side of the process very smooth, and he was very clear in setting expectations ahead of time about what we would need to provide and by which time. He kept in touch through the whole process (including a house we eventually backed out of due to an issue found in inspections) and rolled with the punches like it was nothing out of the ordinary.
