Chris and his team helped my wife and I close on our first house! As new buyers, Chris was willing to explain what was going on through his part of the process and answered questions when we wanted a more detailed, broken down explanation. He also referred us to wonderful agents who helped us with the house hunting! There were some points when communication with Chris and his team could have been better, but without a doubt in my mind I can confidently say they were able to get the job done!

Chris and team get my highest recommendation. I asked for a tight timeline and they were able to deliver with speed and accuracy. They gave me prompt answers to questions and helped me stay on track when the paperwork got confusing. I found Chris through a friend's referral, and I'm so glad I had him for my first home buying experience. I was working with another lender previously and was unhappy about how complicated things were. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we were very glad that we got connected with Chris! He made the mortgage side of the process very smooth, and he was very clear in setting expectations ahead of time about what we would need to provide and by which time.
