Most unbelievably bad company I have ever dealt with, deceitful management with only the company in mind and never the client. Extremely cheap fixtures and doors. Doors and frames that should have never been used in wet areas. Hardly any paint on walls and doors and after 7 years just wiping away when I clean and they were informed 3 years ago. Cracking all through driveway after there tiler parked on it within 48 hours of been laid, water damage around A/C, lumpy gyprock throughout house. Repairs that have been done are ina... read more

Our New Living Homes experience has been exceptional. Bain and Emma are both very professional and helped us through the whole process to finalise our plans. They are very patient and offered great suggestions...even scanning and sending our documents. Our supervisor Byron has been excellent during the whole building process. We have recently moved into our new living home in the last 2 months and absolutely love it. The 3 people below I can not fault, they all helped in anyway they could and answered all questions I had. When we first started off with the build dealing with Emma and bain was a dream, Bain went above and beyond in so many ways and made our first home building experience a breeze.
