I purchased NSF layflat hoses and was dissapointed. All hoses had small water leaks at connections as the punchlock clamps they recommended would not fully seal(new line has a disclaimer it might leak over 50-75PSI). Had to go to an hydraulic shop and install ferrules. I hate when people give you the wrong information to sell you something. I will not buy from new line again.
I needed specific metric connections for a hydraulic hose. Jake and everyone went above and beyond to get these parts and answer all my questions. 10/10 service. Would reccomend!
Restocking fee for a return made just minutes after purchase. I bought some fittings, brought them out to the parking lot to test fit, wasn't happy with it so wanted to return it. Cost me 15% just to touch the brass for 3 minutes. Policies are policies, I get it, but there's no warning until you look at the receipt. They don't tell you anything at the counter, just want you gone so they can get to the next customer. I wanted to recognize "Jake Bell-Hall" for his outstanding work the other day on my high-pressure wash gun hose, Jake has the patience and level head to figure out the situation within his team and get the job done!
