Cannot say enough good things about Fawn and the team at Newline. I came to Newline 3 weeks before my wedding after alteration issues with my original dress. Fawn was such a calming presence, helped me find a new dress that I loved even more than my first one and got it all ready for me before my wedding. She truly went above and beyond and I can’t recommend the store enough! Thank you Fawn and the Newline team ❤️
The staff was not welcoming They look at me like I have no money .They just asked what size are you and they both went back in the back room .One stand at the counter and just staring at me and my daughter while we go through a few dresses we look at each other and just walked out the store ..I bought many dresses there before . I will never go back to the store .The worst customer service I ever seen .
I had an absolute wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses at this store! Fawn was absolutely amazing, making me feel super comfortable, and not pressured at all! They had a great selection of plus size gowns to try on, with competitive prices. I highly recommend!
After going to 2 bridal shops I was really starting to lose hope on finding my perfect dress. They had the most and best selections of dresses in the city. The consultant that helped me was absolutely lovely! It’s on a rough side of town but don’t let that deceive you. Highly recommended!
Taliyah was wonderful and friendly and helped us find out Bridesmade dresses. Will be back again!
