Did some work on a family members car and ripped them off for thousands for work that was either not done or done so incorrectly the car was dangerous to drive. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE
New Line Customs has been taking care of my vehicles for many years! Any issue I ever have with my vehicle is handled professionally and the staff who are there truly care. Jason and Amber do a great job managing the shop and are friendly and professional with all customers. Everyone in the shop is specialized.
More than half of these reviews are family members of the owner who have not actually gotten work done to their vehicles. I highly recommend taking the advice of the last review left..RUN!!! Absolutely the worst repair shop possibly in the state of Georgia. Every car on this lot is a rigged up auction car that is bound to have issues. STAY AWAY!!!
The absolute worst “repair” shop I’ve ever used. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. They don’t know how to do body repair or paint but claim they do proper repairs. Tried having them fix it 3 times and then the owner told me not to contact him again. Any reasonable person would come to the conclusion that they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. 1 star is an oversell.
