We used New Line Construction for a large screened in deck, with custom gas fireplace, and could not be more pleased with the final product. From initial consultation through project completion, the team was great to work with, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. We frequently get asked by neighbors, guests, and passers-by who did the work, and we are always happy to share the contact info. Highly recommend David & Carlos for any project!
I just had New Line Construction reconfigure my attic. The company totally rebuilt the infrastructure of the attic. The house had major fire damage. The general contractor who had the contract to rebuild the house failed to put the correct trusses in the attic. These trusses did pass code but was a disaster for any type of storage. New Line totally rebuilt the attic so as it is now very usable as a storage facility. Carlos and his team are amazing. The best fine home remodeling company out there! The most recent project he did for us was a Master Bath remodel and new Hardwood in the Master BR .
