This facility is an absolute scam. I understand that COVID has affected your overload of paper pushing for all your front staff who are working and home from in their jammies, but to not bill an insurance company for MONTHS and then to stick a patient with hundreds of dollars of bills is absolute negligence on your behalf. It’s a clear showing that this facility does not care about patients during this time. Go somewhere else there are plenty of therapy locations in Chicago.
This is a professional, knowledgeable group of therapists who truly care about the people they work with.
