Mr. Floyd was hired because we were impressed by his eagerness to perform the job for my company. We had a large project involving the installation of a FASTBACK machine which was critical. Mr. Floyd promised to show up Saturday 9/12 at 12 noon. We called, left messages, texts but to no avail. Mr. Floyd finally showed up at 3:30 (the office closed at 4pm causing the Manager to stay over.. Now today, 9/14, he is to show up by 12noon. These guys have wasted to much of our valuable time. We would confirm the day before that they were coming then the day of wouldn't should up. Finally after getting hold of them hours latter they had excuses for not coming and promised a new time and date to come do the work. After the 4th time this happened we decided enough is enough!

Extremely professional and fair. Didn't try to make up reasons to overcharge, instead Mr. Floyed suggested ways to save me money. Definately would be recommending him.
