Love New Life Yoga and all that it embodies. I wasn’t sure if yoga was my thing, but through New Life Yoga I’ve found greater connection with my mind, body and spirit. Andrea is an amazingly gifted instructor. Whether one-on-one or group settings, I’ve been so blessed by each session with her. And the space is so peaceful. Going there it’s like a little retreat!
