The variety is good. It’s well organized. Their mission is good. But the prices are high and some items could be found cheaper new. For things that are donated, it would seem like it they would be cheaper.

They have lots of great and high quality stuff, including new clothing from Target- fairly priced furniture, too. The negatives: When you walk up to the store, all you see is signs that they don't take mattresses or no springs. That's all we'll amd good but walking up to a store with a bunch of negative signs and no positives sets a negative tone and is unwelcoming. Shelves are a bit messy/unorganized. Rushed me out of the store before the closing time that was posted on their door. Had multiple stickers on products and wouldn’t honor the lowest one and acted as if I should have known what they would charge. Very crooked practices but I’m really not surprised. This store needs to get it together! Zeros across the board 👎👎👎👎👎

I have been a bargain hunting thrift store shopper my whole life. This one is in the top 3 in the Richmond area. They have new merchandise as well. It is neat, organized, clean and the staff are always so pleasant. I think that may be what I appreciate the most.
