I have a multi-fill prescription from GoodRx that the doctor said can be refilled multiple times. But when I went for the second pickup, the pharmacy staff asked me to show the prescription again. GoodRx support said it’s eligible for refills, but the pharmacy keeps requiring it. What’s going on?

Overcharge customers. Shady EDIT: I am editing my review due to New Life’s response. They overcharged my parents and when they found out my parents found a new pharmacy, they begged them to come back making them offers with discounts. When my parents returned they were rude to them and never took ownership over their statements. Very unprofessional and no one should be overcharging someone when it comes to health. S H A D Y. I don't know how to start but I will try to make it simple. I wrote review on Yelp as well because I think everyone should know what type of business they are running. I went to pharmacy today(12/6) to pick up my two medicines after my implants surgery. I dropped off my prescription and wait about 5 min and the lady at the front called me so I went to pick up and she told me it was $30 and I said it shouldn't be that much because I have insurance.
