The showroom is open also for individual buyers as well - I needed a new office chair after trying a cheap one from a big box store and a no-name refurbished which started failing after six months or so. New Life have Aeron (which I've owned new) and Steelcase (I've owned refurbished) to try out, and I always found those too expensive and not necessarily comfortable.
