My company was hired to help unload a truck with New Life. We were informed that it would be 4 guys unloading a 26 foot truck. Upon arrival, it was a 53 foot truck and the owner, Roger Wood, was by himself. Still, my crew unloaded the truck and assembled the beds with little to no help from the Mr. Wood, even though he told us he would be helping out. Very unprofessional no contact with owner. After numerous calls and messages NO CALL Back. Spoke with Joe he said would call back NO CALL. Roger (owner) said all antiques would be wrapped none were wrapped scratches and scrapes on furniture. Freezer dented, mattress drug floor of truck very dirty, and had lots of pulls. Broke all lamp shades. Numerous pieces of furniture damaged. Box spring broke on queen bed. Had to purchase another box spring next day. Walls were scuffled, door trims were busted.
