I am taking the time to write a review for Beverley at New Life Movement Yoga as she is possibly the best private (1:1) yoga teacher I have ever been to. She is so considered in the way she teaches and instructs which makes you feel like she knows exactly what you need and where you need to focus to achieve the goals set out. Her knowledge about yoga is thorough and passionate. Classes are in a professional environment yet comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend. Anne M.

I found Bev on Facebook at a time in my life that I really needed help emotionally and physically! It’s been a blessing that I found her ! Not only is she a beautiful person but her one on one yoga , strengthening , stretching and a little meditation has helped me incredibly the last few years ! I feel my body is stronger and my mind calmer ! Can’t wait for my next session .
