This office is a nightmare - Do not recommend. Calling in is impossible. If the office is "unable to answer", calls get sent to an answering service where the same man answers unprofessionally and is unable to do anything but send a message to the office and say someone will call back. This causes appt canceling or rescheduling to be impossible. Wait in office is always 1+ hours past appt times. Darshan Patel is blunt and rude. Made me and my kids feel ashamed for seeking medical evaluation for them.

Very poorly organized. Had an appointment confirmation the day before but I arrived and it's closed and with a note on the door indicating they would call and reschedule all appointments. Never got a call. I witnessed multiple people arrive for their appointments that were not rescheduled. Waiting for my ride I found the staff on the side of the building in their cars not calling people.

3rd visit and horrible experience. Always waiting to be seen by doctor for way over an hour. Staff is not helpful. The doctor was not even in the office at the time of my appointment. They overbooked patients and left us hanging without any updates

Bad experience. Please go somewhere else. Had to miss work for an appointment at 8 am, and when I came in they told if I wanted to come in later because the doctor wasn't in yet, even after calling me the day before to confirm. Unorganized, and their staff is also very rude.

When I went there for Dr Patel he was just awful and rude. So was his front end staff and his exam rooms were dirty. He also had a record keeping problem according to the medical board and was under probation the last time I checked.
