I am deeply disappointed with the management of this nursing home. It’s disheartening to hear how the owner has treated a loyal employee who dedicated five years to supporting this business. Allegedly mishandling her taxes, lying to her which has now left her owing the IRS, is not only unprofessional but also unethical. At 68 years old, she should be looking forward to retirement, not struggling to find work due to unwarranted negative reviews from the very person she helped succeed. Arnot and the team at New Life Home Plus, truly care for your loved one as if they were one of their own. Our mom has dementia and was struggling finding placement. Arnot was helpful, and caring, at every turn. For him, it is about being a caring and loving human being. I'd recommend New Life Home Plus any day.

A place where it always feels like family and you are always welcome. My sister was cared for by the wonderful staff at New Life Home Plus until she passed. The owners, Arnot and Georgina are there daily. Two aides on duty 24/7. Everyone cared for my sister as if she were their own. A charming home in a beautiful neighborhood.
