These people are very hard to deal with. Director Mary would not listen to my concerns and raised her voice at my mom over the phone and would not listen to her, showed up at my house after I asked her not to. She upset my mother very much. Very insincere people. I was hung up on more than once by Carmen and others. If you are professional and courteous, you do not hang up the phone on a client who is trying to work with you. New Life Home Health is a really great agency to work for. The office staff are very understanding and respectful. As long as you show up and do your job, they treat you well. Even if you’re late or unable to make it to work, they don’t respond with anger or rudeness. Instead, they remain polite, professional, and supportive. The team has great manners and creates a positive, comfortable work environment.I love working for this company 🫶
