In a earlier review I gave them a five, but since I have received my aids the dependability is poor. I have gone back like four times. They work for awhile and then they stop. I hope on my next visit he will show me how to fix them, so I don't keep going back. I like Ed and Debby a lot, but it's hard when thing don't work. If you go there, ask a lot of questions. That was my mistake.
I am treated very well here at New Life. I get a lot of attention to my requests My hearing has improved 100 percent. My questions are answered / he explains very well. Fast appointments to schedule. Would definitely recommend New Life Hearing!
