Great gym. Out of town visiting for a few days, has exactly what I needed. They sell preworkout by the scoop. Trey was very helpful.
My husband and I have tried many local gyms but this one is hands down our favorite! We instantly felt at home. It's a warm, welcome environment no matter where you are on your health journey. Very nice equipment, very clean, and wonderful staff. The owner really runs a wonderful establishment and we are SO grateful to have New Life Gym as our new permanent gym! We love the 24hr option as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is my home gym and I love it! Family atmosphere where people want to get better together! Old school equipment makes it alot of fun, lots of supplements to choose from with the help of an awesome staff.
