they had wondering communication and were very friendly people. Be aware, there is no actual line by line breakdown, they just lump stuff together and give you a price, so just do your research on stuff before you ask for pricing. The work is great. converting is PRICEY but these people are great to work with.
I would not hesitate to return to New Life Conversions for any service needed done on my van. It was my first experience working with them. They have my trust & I trust them to do the work effectively!! They were everything I needed. I had an issue with electrical system in a van I bought a while ago. The team addressed the issue in a prompt manner and explained everything in a clear way. Will come back here if any other issues arise!
New Life Conversions is so easy to work with, super flexible and they have an amazing turn over time. We have had a number of our vans built by them. Additionally whenever we have electrical issues on any of our other vans and we need an expert opinion Tom is always there to help! 10/10 would recommend.
Needed some troubleshooting and help understanding the electrical system in my rig. From the moment I reached out everything was handled in a timely, efficient manner. Follow up emails, quotes and communication. Tom took his time and explained in a way that made sense. This is a class A business run by some really great humans. They set an example for all business owners out there. I highly recommend for any van needs or problems.
