A bunch of crooks runs this company. Ben just cheated an innocent family in 2022. It can be seen publicly with the Peoria County that the company has been sued for over $40K that Ben took in the name of construction work that he was supposed to complete in 2022. It has been brought to our attention that the case is still active. Ben took money ($38,100 per BBB website) but never did any work, he promised to refund but never did refund. Ben does not pay for snow blower repairs from Feb. 2022. Does not return phone calls. Ben called our company to provide a service for repair. Now 8 months later still no return phone call or offer of payment for repairs!
Just found out that this crook cheated a family member out of 5200 dollars. Here is this man’s playbook. He will come. Smooth talk you. Promise to fix everything. Throw in Christianity. Repeatedly ask for money after he gains your trust. No work will be done citing some excuse or the other. Won’t refund the money. Won’t even return phone call or respond to text. Work was supposed to be done two years ago. Excuses, excuses every time. Finally we got fed up and asked for refund. He has been promising to refund the money for months. Always some excuse for not returning the money. Forget the job we signed them up for. We just want the money back. These people are crooks and cheats. Never ever go to them.
New life construction did our remodel at our office. Reliable, honest, and amazing communication! So hard to come by these days and truly appreciate their amazing customer service.
